1966 Plymouth Barracuda Blue Restoration

This Blue 1966 Plymouth Barracuda mission was a very thorough and full classic car restoration. For a 54 year old car, it was in good shape with respectable integrity but has definitely seen a body shop or two along it’s life journey. We stripped the existing paint due to the presence of micro bubbles and proceeded with body work and repairs.

The fully restored deep sky wet sand and polished blue paint finish made Mike’s customer a very happy vintage camper. Although he did not make it into the final video, we are still charmed by Mike’s best friend and adorable black lab…UBU. The 1966 Barracuda sports a very iconic and unique Bubble back window and old school chrome wheels with raised blue lettering. The team at Mike’s Quality Bodyworks also pulled out the 273 Cammando motor to paint the block, heads and such other components.
